My feet hurt
My back hurts
My sciatic nerve is making my butt hurt
and my knee go out
My back aches
My head hurts
And I am tired

Does anyone local know a low cost but AMAZING labor doula they can connect me with? I finally finished Your Best Birth and am more determined than ever to have this baby on my own terms. I just need someone to help support that. Zack is great at many things, but helping me labor is not his strong suit, well massage isn't, which is what I tend to need the most of when I am laboring.
